| Palladium
Solutions are able to work with you through
all the stages for the production of a guide: |
- The Concept - Once we have an understanding
of your business and its future objectives,
we can work with you to come up with a suitable
topic
or topics to be covered in the guide. We have
a lot of experience in this area and depending
on
your objectives with the guide (e.g. Maximum
PR, Creating Leads, General Customer Relations
etc)
we can arrive at suitable topics for the guides.
- The Content - Perhaps the most important
aspect of the guide, is the content, as it is
the content
that will make the guide interesting to your
customers, and therefore lead to them placing
business with
you. Palladium Solutions will work with you
to create relevant and interesting content for
the
guide. We have the experience in putting forward
often complicated areas in a simple “user
friendly” format. For example we often use “case
studies” and “questions and answers”.
This is a particularly important point, because
although you may well be an expert in your
own field of business, we believe that by working
with
you and using your expertise, we will be
in a much better position to help convey your
message
and explain the topic being covered in the
guide to your customers. We are also able to
help you
get your message across, whilst keeping the
guide educational, and not appearing as a sales
document.
- The Production - Once the
first two steps have been finalised, the next
step is to produce
the
guide. We can arrange everything for you from
the Graphic design and layout of the guide to
the printing
and reproduction as required. Of Course the
actual format of the guide can vary enormously,
from a
simple PDF copy to a full glossy professionally
bound and produced guide. We will work with
you and decide on the appropriate format, or
indeed formats, depending on your budget and
objectives.
- Distribution - Of Course once you have the
guide, it is only of use to you if it is promoted.
We can help you promote it in a number of ways,
including PR, advertising, mailings, the Web
etc. Some of these areas are covered elsewhere
on this
site.
- Funding - Finally in certain
circumstances, where appropriate, we can help
towards the
funding of guides.
