Once the plan has been agreed, the next step is
to actually implement the plan. From your point
of view, there will often not be too much for you
to do at this stage. Palladium Solutions will do
everything for you. That being said, we do feel
it is very important for Palladium Solutions to
stay in regular contact with your business, so
that we can all receive feedback from each other.
The areas involved in implementing a plan, will
of course vary from one project to another. It
may involve designing and creating copy, booking
media, creating a response pack for an advertisement.
Who knows? The important point is that you will
have one point of contact, Palladium Solutions,
who will look after everything for you.
Of course as a company, when implementing plans
for our clients we do not do everything ourselves.
Indeed, we have deliberately kept our team small
and the way we work is that we call on the services
of our suppliers as and when required. By doing
this, as we have built up excellent contacts over
the years, we are able to use the best person or
company for the job in hand, usually at a much
better price then you would have going directly.
You also benefit from the fact that you do not
have to research and find the numerous contacts
yourself. All this plus the process is kept simple
as we Project Manage everything for you, and you
therefore only have the one point of contact.
Of course depending on our agreed brief, the implementation
stage may never finish. For example we may be acting
as “Your Outsourced Marketing Department”
