The amount
of work here can vary enormously. At one extreme,
you may already know what you want and the need
for further analysis will not be necessary. For
example, you may already have created an advertisement,
and your “brief” to us would be to
simply purchase space for you in a specific publication
you have already chosen. In this situation there
is very little analysis, as you have already decided
everything
At the other extreme, you may approach Palladium
Solutions and simply say that you want to
promote your business. In this situation a lot
of analysis
would be involved. We need to understand exactly
how your business operates and the short and long
term objectives of the business. We would also
need to know about your competition and your customers
to name just a few things. All this is vital, so
that we can create a suitable Bespoke Marketing
plan for your business.
Usually, the amount of analysis required will
be somewhere between the examples above. You may
approach Palladium Solutions with an idea, but
want us to put forward a suitable campaign to implement
your “brief”. In this situation we
still need to do a lot of analysis of your company
etc, but not necessarily to the same extent as
the previous example.
Of course, depending on what is involved, sometimes
our initial briefing from our client and the plan
of action we agree will include the “Analysis” stage.
It is because we take the time and make the effort
to perform a full analysis, that we are able to
provide your business with a bespoke solution tailored
to it’s needs. We would much rather get to
know your business beforehand, so that we can put
forward a suitable plan of action, rather then
you come to us disappointed, after a campaign has
failed, simply because we did not analyse your
business at the start.
